The short version: this site collects almost nothing on its own, and the two things it hands to other companies are named below.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. It records page views, referring site, country and general device type, in aggregate. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs what it collects on our behalf.
Booking a call
The schedule links open Calendly, run by Calendly LLC. If you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and the answers you type, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly's privacy policy governs that form. We keep what you send for as long as we are talking, and for as long as tax and record-keeping rules require if we work together.
If you write to hello@kennethgillconsulting.com, we receive what you send and use it to reply. It is not added to any list.
Nothing else
No signup form, no login, no account, no advertising trackers, no social pixels, no session recording.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page; we aim to answer within thirty days.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected here with a new version and date at the top.
